• 24/7 RESPONSE - You will reach a live person during our extended hours Monday-Friday from 8am-10pm. Emergency response is available 24/7. 
• HIGHLY QUALIFIED ENGINEERS - All calls are answered by our experienced engineers that have an intimate knowledge of your IT infrastructure. 

 

ALL ON-SITE SERVICE IS INCLUDED

• PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE - We will perform regularly scheduled on-site preventative maintenance.
• ALL LABOR IS INCLUDED -  We make as many on-site visits as needed, with no additional charges. 
• 24/7 RESPONSE - On-site visits are typically scheduled during normal business hours but may occur any time, as needed. Emergency response is available 24/7. 

 

24/7 REMOTE MONITORING & MAINTENANCE IS INCLUDED

• PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE - All scheduled system-wide maintenance is performed per published best practices.
• PERFORMANCE ENHANCEMENT - We monitor system-wide performance and provide all troubleshooting and remediation.
• HARDWARE MANAGEMENT - All Hardware utilization and performance monitoring is provided. We also manage the life-cycle and warranties.
• SOFTWARE MANAGEMENT - All Software utilization and performance monitoring is provided. We also manage the life-cycle and licenses. 
• E-MAIL BEHAVIOR MONITORING - We test the “send and receive” functionality of your e-mail server every 5 minutes 24/7 to ensure optimal performance.
